The product was some bird's nest and abalone gift pack from New Moon..

In case some of you can't see.. It actually says

PROMOTIONAL price $138..

Wow.. That's like a 0.719424% saving! Because a dollar makes such a huge difference when im already paying $138 anyway!

Totally amusing. Way to go, Carrefour.
